东北盐碱化草地发展草业与牧业结合型绿色生态经济的基本构想

摘　　要：目前我国大部分的草地存在不同程度的退化现象,其根本原因是忽视了对草地资源的合理经营和永续利用,忽视了草地生态经济系统是具有一定结构和特定功能的总体.而生态绿色经济是以系统观来治理盐碱化草地,并在此基础上实现草业和畜牧业的有机结合,从而充分发挥草地资源的多种效益.提出了在设立新的经营目标、建立最佳的产业结构、树立新的经营观念、实行新的经营管理模式等方面应彻底转变建设思路,在盐碱地改良及经济发展的不同阶段,可以选择盐碱地改良利用模式、盐碱化草地优化利用模式、综合开发利用模式等3种技术模式.At present, the most grassland has degraded at different level in our country. The basic reason is that the reasonable management and sustainable utilization of grass resources were ignored. The fact that the grassland ecological economic system is integer that has its structure and function was also neglected. Green ecological economy can utilize the many benefit of grass resources. It is the best carrier that can combine the prataculture and livestock production perfectly. This paper puts forward some new thoughts that include the management aims, the industry structure, management ideas and management modes. This paper also brings forward three technological modes that can be used in different stage of economic development and the alka- lized-salinized grassland mending. These modes are alkalized-salinized grassland mending mode, alkalizedsalinized grassland optimized utilizing mode,comprehensive utilizing mode.
