摘  要:用一系列咪唑类离子液体做溶剂和结构导向剂,通过离子热方法,合成了磷铝分子筛及过渡金属(Co,Fe)掺杂的磷铝分子筛。XRD和FT-IR表明所有产物均为方钠石(SOD)结构。元素分析表明Co和Fe进入了分子筛骨架中。系统考察了磷铝比、晶化温度和离子液体种类对产物性能的影响。结果表明较低的磷酸浓度和较高的反应温度(170—190℃)有利于分子筛的晶化过程。Pure and transition metal(Co, Fe) containing microporous aluminophosphate molecular sieves were synthesized by ionothermal approach using a series of imidazolium-based ionic liquids as both solvent and structure-directing agent.The XRD and FT-IR indicated that all the synthesized materials were with the sodalite (SOD) structure.The analysis of EDAX confirmed that Co and Fe ions were incorporated in the framework of the molecular sieves.The influences of synthesis conditions such as P2O5/Al2O3 ratio,crystallization temperature and the variety of ionic liquids on the characteristics of materials were systematically investigated.It was found that the lower concentration of orthophosphoric acid and the higher temperature (170—190℃) were benefit to the crystallinity of the molecular sieves.
