摘　　要：利用MATLAB语言编写了X射线衍射数据处理程序,使之能够导入到Materials Studio软件,进行粉末晶面指标化以及粉末精修等后续处理。处理程序简单易懂,可作为其他测试数据格式转换程序的参考。Data processing program for x-ray diffraction was compiled using MATLAB language, by which the data format can be converted and imported to materials studio for the following powder indexing and powder refinement.The program is succinct and easily understandable, which can be used as a reference program in the format conversion of other measured data.
