摘 要:以某矿斜井串车提升用报废钢丝绳为研究对象,通过分析试样宏观形貌、扫描电镜照片以及油垢试样磨粒成分可知,钢丝绳外层钢丝的宏观磨损面由钢丝绳与滚筒、天轮、地辊之间的相互挤压、摩擦所致,是黏着磨损、磨粒磨损、腐蚀磨损及疲劳磨损综合作用的结果。股间、股内钢丝的磨损机理与钢丝绳的润滑状态、外界杂质侵入程度、载荷性质等密切相关。既有黏着磨损、磨粒磨损、腐蚀磨损等典型磨损现象,也有在腐蚀介质以及交变载荷共同作用下而产生的复合磨损。The analysis of macroscopic steel rope sample, photos of scanning electronic microscope and abrasive components of grease stain sampler based on scrapped hoisting steel rope of inclined shaft trip for research object, shows that macroscopic wear surface of external wire on steel rope results from mutual extrusion and friction between steel rope and drum, head sheave and supporting roller. The steel rope wear is the combined result of adhesive wear, abrasive wear, erosion wear and fatigue wear. Wires wear mechanism is closely related to lubricating state of steel rope, intruding degree of external impurity and loading property etc. Wires wear consists of not only adhesive wear, abrasive wear and erosion wear etc, but also composite wear due to eroding medium and alternating load.
