摘 要:考察时效处理对2618铝合金力学性能的影响,选取固溶温度分别为520、535和550℃时,对2618铝合金试件进行时效温度为200℃、时效时间为20h的热处理,并对热处理后的试件进行常温和高温拉伸实验。结果表明:对2618铝合金进行时效处理后,可以获得大量均匀、细小的Al9FeNi异相强化相,可明显提高2618铝合金的常温和高温抗拉强度。This paper is an attempt to investigate the influence of aging treatment on the mechanical properties of 2618 alloy by subjecting samples of 2618 Al-alloy to different heat treatments ( quenching temperatures were 520, 535 and 550 ℃ respectively, aging temperature was 200 ℃ and aging time was 20 h), and performing tensile tests of 2618 Al-alloy given heat treatment at room and high temperature. The results show that aging treatment on 2618 Al-alloy affords a great amount of uniform and refined A19FeNi-out phase, strengthened phases, and results in an obvious improvement in tensile strength of 2618 alloy at normal and high temperature.
