摘 要:水煎煮法提取苦参总碱(Alkaloids ofSophora Flavescens,ASF),检测其对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chickchorioallantoic membrance,CAM)血管生成的影响,并以鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜为模型检测其活性.结果发现,2 mg/ml4、mg/ml、8 mg/ml给药组的血管数目较对照组均明显减少(P<0.05),所有给药组显微镜所见的血管结构均较对照组模糊.2 mg/ml、4 mg/ml、8 mg/ml三个给药组对CAM血管生成的抑制率分别为14.8%、28.1%和46.0%.因此,苦参总碱对CAM血管生成有一定的抑制作用.To observe the inhibitive effect about alkaloids of Sophora flavescens (ASF) on chicken chorioallantoic mem-brane(CAM) angiogenesis. Alkaloids of Sophora flavescens about extracted by water decoeting. The chicken chorioallantoic membrane model of angiogenesis were established, the effects of ASF about observed on this model. The number of blood vessels in ASF treated group were decreased remarkably as compared with that of the control group, in ASF treated groups, the structure of blood vessel becomes faded and he inhibitive rates were 14.8%, 28.1% and 46.0% respectively in 2 mg/ml, 4 mg/ml and 8 mg/ml ASF treated groups. Alkaloids of Sophora flavescens may have an inhibitive effect on CAM angiogenesis.
