摘　　要：黄酮类化合物是广泛存在于胡桃科的一类化合物,是胡桃科的重要活性成分。综述了近年来胡桃科黄酮类化合物的种类、提取分离、生理活性等方面的研究进展,并展望了其应用前景。Flavonoids were a great kind of compounds that exist widely in the Juglandaceae. The flavonoids were extracted from JugLandaceae as an important active component. In this axticLe, recent advances in variety, physiological activity, extraction, quantity changes, application and prospect of flavonoids from Juglandaceae were introduced and summarized.
