摘　　要：介绍了Genome shuffling技术的特点及作用,提出了在微生物育种中的广泛应用,推动了经典诱变方法的发展。In the paper, the characteristics and function of Genome shuffling technology were introduced, its application in microbial breeding was presented, this method pushes forward the development of classical mutagenesis methods.
