摘  要:PTA装置溶剂脱水塔中的填料多采用316 L不锈钢,2005年新更换的316 L填料开车后立即发生了严重的腐蚀,对生产造成了不利影响。通过在塔内悬挂不同材质的挂片,并结合现代物理、化学检测手段对腐蚀的填料及挂片进行测试与分析。结果表明,316 L不锈钢填料腐蚀的原因是填料中含有不应该有的铜和溶剂脱水塔中铁离子和溴离子偏高引起的。合格的316 L不锈钢可以用于制造溶剂脱水塔的填料。ASF2205双相钢耐蚀性优于316 L不锈钢,也适合做溶剂脱水塔填料。316 L stainless steel was selected for most of the packings in the solvent dehydration tower of the PTA plant. The 316 L packings experienced severe corrosion after start - up of the unit in 2005, which affected the production of the plant. The coupon testing in the tower and analysis of corroded packings and test coupons by modern physical and chemical testing methods showed that the corrosion of 316 L stainless steel packing had been caused by the copper in packing material and higher iron and Br ions in solvent dehydration tower. On - spec 316 L stainless steel can be used for fabrication of packings of solvent dehydration tower. ASF2205 duplex steel is also a good material for the packing because its corrosion resistance is superior to that of 316 L stainless steel.
