浅谈提高10 kV公用线路线损管理水平的途径

摘　　要：提高10 kV及以下线损管理水平是当前供电企业线损管理的一项重要工作,通过对10 kV及以下线损管理情况及存在问题的分析,提出通过加强10 kV及以下线损管理体制建设、细化指标分解、建立完善逐级考核制度等途径,利用技术和管理手段,提高线损管理水平的一些建议。Enhancing line loss management level of 10 kV or lower transmission line is an important task of line loss management in power supply enterprise. According to analysis of status and problems of line loss management, some approaches such as enhancing line loss management system structure, decomposition of detailed index and construction of hierarchical assessment system were given out in this paper to improve the line loss management level.
