摘　　要：唐山市用电量和用电负荷持续快速增长,为保证电网及主设备安全,唐山供电公司积极调整电网运行方式,采取了将220 kV变电站的110 kV母线分裂运行和事故情况下变电站值班员无需等待调度令自行处理的原则,既保证用户的用电需求,又有效地防止了枢纽变电站全停和大型变压器损坏事故的发生。The power consumption and power load in Tangshan city is increasing rapidly. In order to ensure the safety of the power grid and equipment ,Tangshan Power Supply Co. tried to adjust the operation mode of the power grid,such as 110 kV bus splitting operation of 220 kV substation was adopted, and operators in the substation were able to clear the trouble without waiting for the command from dispatching center in case of emergency. This not only ensures the power supply for the consumers but also effectively prevent blackout of key substations and large transformers failure.
