摘 要:在分析现有的一型与二型顺序矩阵的基础上,对顺序矩阵的自身进行了扩展细化,并由此提出了一种改进的顺序矩阵形式,它具有形式规范、计算简便等优点。又在应用领域方面进行扩展,定义了混流生产线中组合顺序矩阵的矩阵运算规则。将这种改进的顺序矩阵,应用到一个流水线平衡的示例中,并在Excel中对其进行了自动实现。Based on the analysis of current kinds of sequence matrixes, Type 1 and Type 2, an expanded and refined sequence matrix was proposed. Then, based on the optimized expanded sequence matrix, an improved sequence matrix was proposed, which could be easily written in a normalized form and its calculation was simple and convenient. With operational rules of combined sequence matrixes defined, this expanded sequence matrixes can also be applied to the problems of mixed production lines. Finally, the improved matrix was successfully applied to an example of flowshop balancing problem, and it was implemented with Excel in an automatically computing way.
