摘　　要：本文介绍了一种尚未在国内广泛使用的高速高精度数字式称重传感器。该传感器由德国HBM公司生产,其突出特点是可以在干扰严重的动态使用条件下迅速准确得出测量值。由于其内部采用了嵌入式操作系统,使得该传感器与其它国内同类产品在使用方法和通讯方式上都有所不同。本文讨论了将该传感器作为快速重量测试元件应用时,其工作特性、内部参数的设置方法以及与PLC的数据通讯。A high speed and precision digital check-weight sensor model FIT/1 from HBM Lo., German is discussed in this paper, which has not been widely used in Chinese market. This sensor can get dynamic testing data fast and accurately under the condition of serious interferes. Because of its embedded system, the sensor has different operation and communication methods compared with other similar products. The working characteristics, parameter setup and communication protocol with programmer logic controller （PLC） of sensor for quick check-weight are discussed.
