摘　　要：加强党的执政能力建设是中国共产党作为执政党建设的一个重要环节,而执政能力建设必须坚持立党为公、执政为民的价值所在,中国共产党必须贯彻以人为本的科学发展观,在推动经济、政治、文化和社会建设的进程中,不断实现好、发展好、维护好最广大人民的根本利益。Strengthening the reigning ability construction is Communist Party of China is the reigning party construction of an important trche, but the reigning ability construction must insist to sign the party as public and govern for the people＇s worth place, Communist Party of China must carry through the scientific outlook on development for making people the center, in pushing economy, politics, the progress of the culture and social construction, carrying out continuously well, develop well, support basic benefits the most people.
