摘  要:多层非均质油藏纵向上一般渗透率差异比较大,吸水能力也不相同,目前多采取分层注水提高采收率技术。从油藏工程方法角度出发,推导了一级两段分层配水情况下,水嘴选择的油藏工程表达式,建立了储层渗透率差异和水嘴选择之间的关系;建立了分层注水时水嘴直径与附加压降、表皮因子、流量的关系式;利用数值模拟方法,计算不同水嘴直径、不同渗透率级差下,分层注水的采收率;研究了分层注水对提高采收率的效果和规律。模拟结果表明,当隔层遮挡能力很好时,水嘴直径存在一个最优值,随着渗透率级差的增大,控制注水层位的最优水嘴直径减小,分层注水效果更为明显。这种方法能够方便、准确地进行分层配水,为油藏工程数值模拟计算提供了理论支持。There is great variation in permeability for a multiple-layer heterogeneous oil reservoir in vertical, so as the water absorption ability. At present, it is mainly flooded by separation water injection in enhancing oil recovery. From the viewpoint of oil reservoir engineering method, the paper deducts one-stage and two-interval water allocation pattern and moreover the expression of oil reservoir engineering for water nozzle selection, establishes the relation between permeability differential of the reservoir and nozzle choice ; in addition, set up the relation expression between the nozzle diameter of separated layer water injection and extra pressure drop, shin factor and flow rate ; by numerical simulation method, calculates the oil recovery factor under the conditions of different nozzle diameter and permeability differential; finally studies the effects and the laws of separation water injection on enhancing oil recovery. These methods can conveniently and accurately allocate separated-layer injected water; and moreover provide theoretical support for the calculation of numerical simulation of oil reservoir engineering. The simulation results show that when the screening ability of barrier layer is much better, there is a maximum value for the diameter of water nozzle ; with the increase of permeability differential, above maximum diameter to control water injection becomes smaller, so the separated-layer water injection turns to be more effective obviously.
