摘 要:针对常规CO_2技术存在的气源、腐蚀等问题,提出就地生成CO_2技术。并对其作用机理进行了研究。在油藏条件下,筛选出就地生成CO_2体系,同时对就地CO_2技术体系进行原油膨胀、降粘效果评价;利用微观模型和物理模型研究了其驱油和吞吐的效果。实验结果表明,在某油藏条件下,利用就地CO_2技术能够生成充足的气体,膨胀原油体积和降低原油粘度,取得良好的驱油效果。当温度为60℃、压力为10 MPa、原油粘度为2 010 mPa·s时,就地CO_2技术可以使原油体积膨胀25%,使原油粘度降低52.7%,能够提高驱油采收率7.6%~14.2%,平均提高吞吐效率6.3%。In viewpoint of the problems of lack gas source, erosion and so on in conventional CO2 technique, in-situ CO2 producing technique is caught out. The acting mechanism of this technique is studied and the system of in-situ CO2 production is screened under the condition of oil reservoir. At the same time, the effect valuations of crude oil expansion and viscosity reduction of the system are conducted ; the effects of oil flooding and huff-and-puff of the technique are also researched with the help of micro-model and physical model. Experimental resuhs show that under the conditions of a certain oil reservoir, sufficient gas can be produced by this technique and furthermore the gas can swell the volume of crude oil, reduce oil viscosity. In a word, much better oil-flooding effects are obtained. When T = 60 ℃, p = 10 MPa, /~ =2 010 mPa · s, the technique can make oil volume swell 25% , oil viscosity reduce 52.7% , oil recovery enhance 7.6%--14.2% , the average huff-and-puff efficiency increase 6.3%.
