祛风止动方及全蝎急性毒性反应的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察祛风止动方及其主要成分全蝎对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法祛风止动方和全蝎以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液灌胃给药2次/d,连续观察7 d,记录小鼠毒性反应情况。结果观察7 d后,全部动物健存,未见任何毒性反应。计算得祛风止动方最大给药量为130 g/kg,相当于成人推荐剂量的120倍;小鼠对全蝎的耐受量至少为24 g/kg,约相当于成人临床用量的240倍。结论提示祛风止动方毒性较低。Objective To study the toxic reaction of ＂Qufeng Zhidong Decoction＂ and its Scorpion in mice. Methods The maximum dosage of ＂Qufeng Zhidong Decoction＂ and its Scorpion were given to the mice, twice a day. The acute toxic reactions were observed for 7 days. Results All mice were survived, and no toxic reaction was shown during the observation period. The maximum administration dosage was 130g of ＂Qufeng Zhidong Decoction＂ per kilogram, equivalent to the daily administration dosage of people by 120 times; and the maximum administration dosage was 24g of Scorpion per kilogram, equivalent to the daily administration dosage by 240 times. Conclusion ＂Qufeng Zhidong Decoction＂ is safe for oral administration.
