摘　　要：设计了一种电焊机及电化学专用的新型整流二极管,即3.5kA/400V高电流密度整流二极管(焊接二极管)。该二极管具有低电压、大电流、低热阻、高结温的特点。给出了研制生产该产品的主要工艺途径及测试结果。市场对这一产品及其拓展产品的反映很好。A type of new rectifier diode,3.5 kA/400 V high current density rectifier diode （welding diode） is designed, which is used in welder and eleetrochemie with the characters of low voltage,high Current,small resistance and so on. The main path of the developedment and production are given,and the experimental results are also given.The market reflection is very good with the typical model product and its expand products.
