摘　　要：叙述了汽车用整流二极管的芯片类型、焊接形式及失效模式,给出了热敏电压等效测试瞬态热阻抗的原理;将热敏电压应用在汽车用整流二极管的质量控制中,取得了实际成效。The chip type ,weld form and expired mode of rectifier diode on auto are described ,the test principle of the transient thermal impedance using thermo-semsitive voltage is given.This test method has been applied to a quality control of rectifier diode on the car, and actual result is obtained.
