摘　　要：简述了非对称门极换流晶闸管(A-GCT)的结构特点及其工作原理,分析了A-GCT结构参数之间的相互制约关系,给出了高压A-GCT的设计参考。并借助ISE软件对A-GCT的阻断特性、导通特性和开关特性进行了模拟。提取了5kV的A-GCT纵向结构设计参数。The structural features and operation principle of asymmetric gate commutated thyristor （A-GCT） are described simply.The conflict relations of the structural parameters interaction of A-GCT are analyzed theoretically,and the design consideration is given.The blocking,conducting and switching characteristics of A-GCT are simulated by ISE simulator, and the vertical structural parameters of A-GCT are extracted.
