摘　　要：通过实验分析稻草爆破法制浆的爆破因子对爆破工艺过程的控制和影响。实验表明,对稻草原料优化出合适的爆破因子,能制定合适的制浆工艺条件,从而能抄造出达到国家A级标准的瓦楞原纸,并减少废水污染负荷,达到制浆清洁生产的目的。The explosive technical process＇s control and effect were studied by analyzing the explosive factor in rice straw explosion pulping. The results showed that an optimization of explosive factor in the straw explosion would conduce an appropriate technical condition and the straw pulp can be used for making high strength corrugated medium paper that attained the national standard ＂A＂ level. And the pollutant load can be decreased.
