摘　　要：对TDI-CCD相机系统的各种噪声产生的机理进行了深入分析,根据各种噪声的特点,提出了相应的噪声处理技术。进而建立TDI-CCD的噪声数学模型,推导噪声与TDI级数的关系。分析不同光照条件下各类噪声的主次关系,得出信噪比与积分关系的新结论。即在亮背景图像时TDI-CCD的信噪比与TDI级数M的平方根成正比;而在暗背景图像时TDI-CCD的信噪比与TDI级数M成正比。The noise in TDI-CCD image was analyzed and categorized according to the operating principle of TDI-CCD. Several noise processing methods were presented based on noise characteristics. Then, build the noise mathematics model of TDI CCD and analyze the relationship between noise and TDI stages. Furthermore, a mew conclusion is obtained by analyzing the importance of different noise in different radiant condition. In the high light exposure the SNR increase by the square root of TDI stages, but in the dark light exposure the SNR increase by a factor nearly equal to TDI stages.
