摘　　要：通过系统的文献分析和深入的实地调查,分析并预测了苏州市1号轻轨建设对住房产业发展的影响,研究发现,影响主要表现在住房价格、住房分布和开发格局、住房需求和开发强度、住房开发类型等方面,并提出住房与轨道交通联合开发、防范轻轨缺陷、制定强制性管理条例等建议,以促进住房与轻轨交通的协调发展。Through literature analysis and spot investigation, the article analyzes and predicates the influence of Suzhou No.1 Light Rail construction on housing development. The study shows that the construction wiU mainly influence on the following such as housing price, distribution, development pattern and intensity, housing types, etc. The paper presents suggestions as the combination of housing and the light rail development, prevention of the light rail limitation, and establishment of compulsory stipulations so as to coordinate the housing development with the light rail building.
