摘 要:从5个产地收集滇杨优树52株,采用扦插繁殖法无性系化,对其1年生苗木的叶片性状变异情况进行调查.结果表明:叶片长、叶宽、叶片长/叶宽、宽基距/叶片长、叶柄长/叶片长等性状均存在不同程度的变异,根据单性状可将52个无性系分为不同的表型类型;基于欧氏距离聚类可将52个无性系在10聚类水平上聚为4类,无性系叶片性状表型变异与其优树地理来源无关;3个叶片导出性状相互组合构成了滇杨丰富的叶片类型.The variation of leaf traits of one - year - old seedlings was observed with 52 Populus yunnanensis plus trees collected from 5 habitats and propagated by branch cuttage. The results showed that variance coefficient of leaf length, leaf width, ratio of leaf length/leaf width, the distance from widest point to leaf base width/leaf length, petiole length/leaf length differed to a certain degree, and the 52 clones could be classified into different phenotypes according to the variance of each leaf trait. Based on the Euclidean distance, the 52 plus trees were divided into 4 groups at 10 thresholds by maximum distance clustering analysis. It was showed by the study that the phenotypic variation of the plus trees was not related to their geographical habitat. The combination of three studied leaf traits constituted plentiful leaf types of P. yunnanensis.
