摘　　要：我国农业发展已进入一个新的阶段,但农业生产经营组织难以适应新阶段的发展要求。随着农业市场经济体制的确立、农业发展国内外的新形势与新变化、家庭承包制度框架的约束、农业新技术革命的要求等内外部环境的改变,对农业生产经营组织的创新已刻不容缓。农业生产经营组织创新的目标是达到农业经营组织的合理化,实现农业效益的最大化,主要表现为构建农业资源优化配置的组织框架、实现农业市场化的组织基础、提供农业效率与效益的组织保障、保障农业可持续发展的组织载体。农业生产经营组织创新路径需要认清创新活动的前提、基础、模式和表现形式等关键问题,其中家庭承包制是组织创新的约束前提,生产经营者的自愿互利是组织创新的动力基础,合作经济是实现组织创新的主要模式,多样化形式与渐进式推进是组织创新的外在表现。The agriculture develops our country having entered a new stage, but the agriculture produces the request managing organization but being difficult to adapt to development of new stage. Change, produce to the agriculture FOAK managing organization＇s with the fact that agriculture market economy system establishing, agriculture developing new home and abroad circumstances and the new change, family contracting the inner outsides environment such as system frame constraint, agriculture new technological revolution request＇s to brook no delay already. That the agriculture produces the innovative target managing organization is the rationalization reaching an agriculture managing organization, realizes agriculture beneficial result maximization, shows the organization who organizes a guarantee, ensures sustainable development in agriculture providing agriculture efficiency and beneficial result for structuring the agriculture most optimum distribution of resources organization frame, realizing the become market-oriented agriculture organization basis, carrier mainly. Agriculture give birth to a child manage organization be innovative route need see clearly be innovative activity premise, basis, pattern and manifestation and so on the $64 question, among them, household contract system be organization be innovative constraint premise, give birth to a child operator voluntary participation and mutual benefit be organization be innovative driving force basis, cooperative economy be come true organization be innovative main part pattern, diversify form and advance gradually dyadic move forward be organization be innovative external behavior.
