摘 要:使用油酸作为改性剂对层状硅酸钠进行改性,得到改性层状硅酸钠。把改性层状硅酸钠作为润滑添加剂分散到500SN基础油中,考察了在面面接触条件下其在基础油中的摩擦学性能,用扫描电子显微镜观察了磨痕表面形貌,探讨了改性层状硅酸钠的减摩抗磨机理。结果表明:改性层状硅酸钠作为润滑添加剂可以显著提高500SN基础油的减摩抗磨性能,在高负荷下,减摩作用更明显;层状硅酸钠晶层之间的相互滑动有效降低了摩擦副的摩擦磨损。Delta phase layered sodium silicate was modified by using oleic acid as modifier. The modified layered sodium silicate as lubricating oil additive was added into 500SN basestock and its tribological behaviors were evaluated under surface contact condition. The morphologies of worn steel surfaces lubricated with different lubricants were observed by a scanning electron microscope. And friction - reducing and anti - wear mechanism of this additive was also discussed. The results indicated that friction - reducing and anti - wear abilities of 500SN bas- estock can be improved significantly by modified layered sodium silicate. And the reciprocal rubbing between crystal layers decreases effectively friction and wear between friction pairs.
