稻壳中黄酮提取物结构的初步鉴定

摘　　要：通过稻壳中黄酮提取物与特殊试剂颜色反应和它水解前后的双向纸层析(PPC)、薄层层析(TLC)、以及产品在不同诊断试剂中的紫外吸收光谱(UV)等特征来判断其基本结构,结果表明,稻壳中黄酮提取物是具有5,7和4′-OH的C-苷黄酮类化合物.In this paper, through the color- reaction of flavonoids extracts from paddy hull with special reagent and by means of the character of two dimensional paper chromatography （ PPC）, thin layer chromatography（ TLC）, ultra - violet absorption spectrometry （UV） of flavonoids extracts, their basic structures were judged. The result showed that the main ingredient in the flavonoids extracts from paddy hull was a compound with 5,7 and 4＇ -OH, C -glycoside.
