摘 要:目的研究血浆内毒素定量测定和血培养结果比较及其临床意义。方法采用回顾性调查分析,对326例住院患者的血浆内毒素水平和全血细菌培养的结果进行分析。结果血培养阳性组血浆内毒素含量(149.05~2101.11pg/ml)明显高于血培养细菌阴性组(0.33~450.31pg/ml),差异有统计学意义(Z=3.73,P<0.05)。血培养阴性患者中,体温显著升高组(>38.5℃)内毒素含量(28.03~4623.52pg/ml)明显高于体温未升高组(2.22~94.41pg/ml),差异有统计学意义(Z=4.91,P<0.05)。结论检测血浆内毒素含量有助于早期判断是否存在内毒素血症,在血培养未得到结果前,有利于临床合理用药及时对症处理。Objective To study the clinical sence of endotoxin quantity determination and compare with hemocuhure results. Methods Using retrospective investigation to analyze the prevalence of endotoxin in plasma and results of hemoculture from 326 patients. Results The quantity of plasma endotoxin in hemocuhure positive patients (149.05 -2101.11 pg/ml) was higher than that in negative patients (0.33 -450.31 pg/ml) (Z=3.73, P〈0.05).The quantity of plasma endotoxin in hemocuhure negative patients with high temperature (28.03-4623.52pg/ml) was higher than that in ptaients with lower temperature (2.22-94.41pg/ml), the deference had statistical sence (Z=4.91, P〈0.05). Conclusion Detecting endotoxin in plasma will help to determine endotoxemia early and use medicine reasonably and promptly.
