摘  要:在炭黑填充复合型导电塑料的制备过程中,工艺技术起着十分关键的作用。为此,应从多方面入手,优化材料组成与加工条件,如通过精心选择炭黑品种与加工助剂并细心调节其用量;采用混杂填充、多相复合基体控制炭黑的分布模式;优化混合与分散的程序以及工艺条件;针对各种不同的成型方法,优化加工参数等,获得所需要的导电特性,改善材料的综合性能。The processing technology played a very important role in the preparation of carbon black filled conductive plastics composites. So, several factors should be paid attention to optimize material composition and processing conditions, such as by elaborately selecting the varieties and amount of carbon black and processing aids;controlling the distribution pattern of carbon black by using hybrid filling and polyphase blend matrix;optimizing the process condition and the procedure of mixing and dispersing; optimizing the processing parameters according to different molding method, in order to obtain conductive characteristics and improve the comprehensive properties of materials.
