摘  要:叙述了PVC材料的应用以及回收再利用的方式,强调了再生利用之前进行分子结构表征及品质鉴定的必要性。结合PVC老化降解的微观机理,重点论述了分子结构表征的三个方面:共轭双键及羰基的含量、氯含量、分子量及其分布的变化。所涉及到的表征方法主要有:FTIR、UV、XPS、GPC、DSC。The situation of the application and recycle of PVC were described. The necessity of molecular structure characterization and quality identification of recycled PVC before reuse was emphasized. Combining the microcosmic mechanism of aging and degradation of PVC, the importance was attached to three aspects of the change of molecular structure : the content of conjugated double bonds and carbonyl, the content of chlorine, the variety of molecular weight and its distribution, respectively. The main characterization methods involved were FTIR, UV,XPS,GPC and DSC.
