摘  要:聚甲醛(POM)的增韧研究是POM改性研究的热点,也是一个难点。POM的增韧以弹性体增韧最为有效易行,综述了最近几年弹性体增韧POM的研究进展。重点介绍了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、丁腈橡胶(NBR)、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)4种弹性体对POM的增韧,其中以TPU的增韧效果最佳,并对弹性体增韧POM的前景进行了展望。The problem on toughening polyoxymethylene (POM) was a research hotspot and couldn' t be well solved till now. The most effective and simplest toughening method of POM was toughened by elastomers. Development of toughening POM by elastomer was reviewed. The toughening effect of four elastomers on POM was emphatically introduced, such as thermoplastic polyurethane ( TPU ) , nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) , ethylene-propylene-diene elastomer ( EPDM ) , ethylene octene copolymer (POE) ,and TPU had the best toughening effect. Moreover,the prospect of toughening POM was explored in this field.
