摘  要:以聚丙烯(PP)注射成型为例,着重研究当螺杆转速改变引起PP制品拉伸和弯曲性能变化时,注射机螺杆塑化能力及比能耗的变化。研究发现:随着螺杆转速的提高,虽然螺杆的塑化能力提高,但制品的力学性能呈现不同幅度的下降。拉伸强度下降较大,而断裂伸长率和弯曲强度下降幅度较小,螺杆塑化过程中的比能耗呈现下降趋势。Taking polypropylene (PP) for example, the changes of screw plasticizing capacity and specific energy consumption when tension and bend performance of PP samples were changed in the condition of different screw rotational speed had already researched. It was found that screw plasticizing capacity increased and mechanical property of samples decreased in different degree with screw rotational speed increased. Tensile strength drastically decreased, tensile failure extensibility and flexural strength decreased a little. The specific energy consumption showed a decrease current in the course of plastication.
