摘  要:[目的]考察石膏炮制品(煅石膏)X射线衍射图谱特征,建立煅石膏的X射线衍射指纹图谱,评价该方法对生、煅石膏及化学试剂进行区分鉴别的应用价值。[方法]应用X射线衍射法对煅石膏进行定性分析,应用Origin6.0软件比较其共有峰的夹角余弦和相关系数的相似度。[结果]各煅石膏样品X衍射图共有峰相似度均各达到95%以上,与生石膏、化学试剂区别明显。[结论]煅石膏的X衍射分析方法专属性强,准确可行,可作为与生石膏、化学试剂进行区分鉴别的手段,并能全面地、客观地反映出煅石膏的内在质量特征。[Objective] To investigate the X-ray diffraction spectrum of processed product of gypsum (calcined gypsum)and, establish the X-ray diffraction finger print and estimate the application value of this method to distinguish gypsum, calcined gypsum and chemical reagents. [Methods] The calcined gypsum was qualitatively analyzed by adopting X-ray diffraction and the semblance degree of the pub- lic peaks, including angle cosine and correlation coefficient as the research parameters. They were compared by using Origin 6.0 software. [Results] The semblance of calcined gypsum X-ray diffraction finger print public peaks was exceeded 95%. It could distinguish gypsum and chemical reagents obviously. [Conclusion] The method of X-ray diffraction analysis of calcined gypsum has good specificity and is accurate and feasible and can be used to distinguish gypsum and chemical reagents and can reflect the calcined gypsum internal quality feature.
