广东省地级市设置与国家机关、政党机关和社会团体就业人口增长分析

摘　　要：论文回顾了广东省20世纪80、90年代的行政区划变动,指出增加地级市对国家机关、政党机关和社会团体就业人口增长起了推波助澜的作用。论文说明了,在一些地区,特别是一些新设立的地级市,其国家机关、政党机关和社会团体就业人口增长存在着不太合理的成份。最后论文指出,存在着国家机关、政党机关和社会团体行业的本地人保护倾向,这种倾向在经济落后地区更加明显。By reviewing the administrative districts changes in the 80 s and 90 s of 20^th century, this paper demonstrates that the increasing number of prefectural cities in Guangdong obviously brings about the employment growth in governments, political parties and social organizations. However, there are unreasonable aspects in the employment growth in the governments, political parties and social organizations in the new set prefectural cities and a tendency of local people first in the employment especially in the underdeveloped prefectural cities .
