山合欢皮化学成分的分离鉴定

摘　　要：目的对山合欢皮的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、凝胶色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为6,6′-(乙基-1,2-环己烷氧基)双(5-甲氧基-1,2,3,4-四醇羟基)(Ⅰ),(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-/-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-l-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),二十三烷(Ⅲ),1-甲氧基十八烷(Ⅳ),(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-/-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-l-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷-4′-/-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论5个化合物均为首次从山合欢皮中分离得到。Objective： To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the Albizzia Kalkora （Roxb） Prain. Methods： The compounds were separated by column chromatography with silica gel, and elucidated by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. Results： Five compounds were obtained as follow： 6, 6＇ - （ethane - 1, 2 - diylbis （oxy） ） bis （5 - methoxyey - clohexane-1, 2, 3, 4-tetraol） （ Ⅰ ）; （-） -syringaresinol -4-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl （1→2） -β-D-glucopyranosid （ Ⅱ ）, Trieosane （Ⅲ）, 1 -methoxy oetadecane （Ⅳ） , （-） -syringaresinol-4- O-β-D -apiofuranosyl （1→ 2） - β - D - glncopyranoside - 4＇ - O - β - D - glncopyranoside （ Ⅴ ）. Conclusion ： Five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
