摘　　要：目的通过对88例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)相关灰阶超声、血液动力学改变、血管三维成像的回顾性分析,提出CML的超声诊断依据。方法根据临床分期分为慢性病(58例)、加速期(28例)、急变期(2例),观察脾及相关影像的灰阶超声、形态和大小变化、血液动力学改变、血管三维成像。结果对CML不同时期脾的灰阶超声、血管二维成像、血液动力学改变有其一定的相关性,CML不同时期可伴随相关组织、器官的影像变化。结论CML不同时期可有脾及相关影像的变化,且这种改变有其特殊性,可作为CML超声诊断的依据,为临床提供又一无损伤,简便可行的检查方法。Objective CML- associated gray - grade ultrasotmd, hemodynamms and 3D - angiography were retrospectively analysed in 38 CML patients, and these evidences could drovide ultrasound diagnosis for CML, Methods Based on clinical classification, these patients weredividedinto chronic stagegroup （58 cases）, accelerate stage stagegoup （28 cases）, and blastcfisis stagegroup （2 casesl, changes of spleenand otherorgans＇ gray - grade ultrasound, morphology and size, hemodynamics, and 3D- angiography were respectively observed. Results At the different CML stages, spleenand other organshad cot telativechanges. Conclusion At the differet CML stages. Spleen and other organs had correlative changes, which had the special charactenstics, and could be provided evidences for ultrasound diagnosis. This atraumatic and simple method provided clinicpractice an other examination way.
