摘  要:洪江古商城是我国江南民居古建筑之精典,具有极高的旅游开发价值。在当前的旅游业发展中,其优势与劣势并存,机遇与挑战同在。为加快洪江古商城旅游业的发展,必须采取政府主导、科学规划,挖掘内涵、打造品牌,加强管理、健全体制,加快建设、强化保护,加大投入、整合开发等措施。Hongjiang ancient commercial city is the classics of ancient construction in Jiangnan of our country, and it has a high tourism developing value. In present tourism development, it has its advantages and disadvantages with opportunity and challenge coexisting at the same time. In order to expand the tourism of the ancient city, measures should be taken in the following aspects: to implement the government-oriented policy and project scientifically, explore its profound meaning, develop its brand, strengthen its management, perfect its system, speed up its development, intensify its conservation, enlarge its investment and integrate its exploration.
