摘　　要：目的研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibrolast growth factor,bFGF)在糖尿病引发的新生血管性青光眼虹膜组织的表达。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法对25例糖尿病引发的新生血管性青光眼、19例慢性闭角型青光眼和10例正常对照眼的虹膜组织进行光镜观察。结果糖尿病引发的新生血管青光眼虹膜组织bFGF阳性检出率明显高于慢性闭角型青光眼和正常对照组(P<0.05),慢性闭角型青光眼组和正常对照组尚不能认为存在显著性差异(P=0.05)。结论bFGF在糖尿病引发的新生血管性青光眼虹膜组织中强烈表达,特别在新生血管内皮细胞中表达更为明显。Objective To study the expression of bFGF in the iris of diabetic induced neovascular glaucoma. Methods The expression of bFGF was exaned in 25 neovascular glaucoma, 19 inchronic dosed-angle glaucoma and 10 normal eyes＇ iris by immunohistochemical technique method.Results The expression of bFGF on the iris of the diabetic induced neuvascular is significantly higher than chronic closed-angle glaucoma glaucoma （ P 〈 0.05）, and the expression between chronic closed-angle glaucoma and normal patient has no significant deference（ P =0.05）. Conclusion Strong bFGF positive expression was found on the iris of diabetic induced neuvascular glaucoma,espessially in the cell of vascular endothelinm.
