摘  要:目的对石斛混淆品腾;中石豆兰假鳞茎进行生药学初研,为石斛药材的鉴别及石豆兰属药用资源的发掘提供科学依据。方法采用来源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、紫外分光光度法等方法对腾冲石豆兰进行生药学初研,其假鳞茎横切面组织结构图及粉末鉴别图均为首次报道。结果假鳞茎横切面主要特征为:①散在维管束为有限外韧型;②木质部有2~4个导管;③薄壁组织中散在有许多硅质块。粉末特征主要有硅质块和螺纹导管。紫外分光光度法测定其含总广石豆兰素1.396%。结论腾冲石豆兰与石斛在来源、性状及成分等方面存在差异,该研究为澄清石斛混淆品和开展石豆兰的深入研究提供了生药学资料。Objective To carry out the pharmacognostic study of Bulbophyllurn tengchongense ZH. Tsi which was used as Dendrobiurn. Methods Pharmacognostic methods such as origin identification, macroscopic identification, microscopic identification, and ultraviolet spectrophotometry were used. The characteristic pictures of its pseudobulb cross section and powder were reported for the first time. Results Key features of its pseudobulb cross section includ ed closed collateral vascular bundle; 2 to 4 vessels in its xylem; siliceous piece; powder siliceous piece and spiral yes see The total kwangtungensin was 1. 396%. Conclusion Bulbophyllum tengchongense was different to Dendrobium. This report supplies pharmacognostical data for its further study and identification.
