摘  要:目的建立上清丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Diamonsil^TM C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(每1000mL中加十二烷基磺酸钠1.7g)(40:60);流速1.0mL·min^-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:345nm。结果盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.2575~0.6009越与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.42%(RSD=1.09%,n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于上清丸中盐酸小檗碱含量的质量控制。Objective To establish a content determination method for berberine hydrochloride in Shangqing pills. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with DiamonsilTM C18 column (250 min× 4.6 mm, 5 μm), and acetonitrile-0. 05 mol · L ^-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate (1.7 g sodium laurglsulfate added to 1 000 mL solution) (40 : 60) was the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 ; the column temperature was 25 ℃ ; and the detection wavelength was 345 nm. Results Berberine hydroehloride was linear within 0. 257 52-0. 600 88 μg for bilirubin (r= 0. 999 9), and the average recovery was 98. 42% (RSD=1. 09%, n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of the Shangqing pills.
