摘　　要：目的总结皮肤病性病门诊临床用药经验,提高专科医院的药学服务质量。方法针对2006年1月至2007年12月在我中心皮肤病性病专科门诊发生的退换药现象进行统计分析。结果患者要求退换药占总处方数的0.90%,实际退换药占总处方数的0.70%,要求退换药的主要原因是药品调剂错误、价格太高、不良反应等。结论及时发现门诊退换药原因,有利于改善医疗服务质量。Objective To sum up the clinical use of drugs for skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases, and to improve service quality in specialty hospitals. Methods Statistical analysis on drug-return for skin diseases and sexually-transmitted diseases from January 2006 to December 2007 in the outpatient centers in Hunan Disease Prevention Control Center. Results Drug-return accounted for approximately 0.90% of all prescriptions and 0.70% eventually returned. The main reseaons for drug-return were drug swap errors, extrahigh price, and adverse reactions, etc. Conclusion It is helpful to improve the quality of medical treatment service to find the reason for drug-return.
