透明氧化铁黄颜料制备的新工艺研究

摘　　要：以硫酸亚铁为原料,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,加入分散剂和表面活性剂,先通入氮气保护,再通入空气氧化,制得性能优良的透明氧化铁颜料。SEM照片表明:制得的粉末颗粒组成均一、结晶良好、为纺锤形,长轴约90 nm,短轴约25 nm,轴比为3.6。XRD图谱表明:产品物相组成为α-FeOOH。透明氧化铁黄的主要性能达到我国化工行业标准。Ferrous sulfate as raw materials, sodium hydroxide as the precipitant, adding dispersant and surfactant. Pass into the protection of nitrogen,and then pass into the air oxidation. Get a good performance and transparent iron oxide pigments. TEM showed that： a system of uniform composition of the powder particles, crystallization good for the spindle, the long axis of about 90nm, short of about 25 nm, axle ratio of 3.6. X - ray diffraction showed that：the product phase consisting of α- FeOOH. Transparent yellow iron oxide product can change the size of the reaction temperature, Fe^2＋ initial concentration, ventilation, and other conditions brought under control.
