摘　　要：从管理层次、数据流、功能模块、系统安全性等几个方面详细介绍了南宁区域控制中心基于500kV电网区域控制策略的资料信息管理系统的自主开发思路。该系统充分利用超高压输电公司互联互通的Web平台,实现南宁区域控制中心与各安生部门、受控站的电子文档类资料信息的全面共享与管理。目前该系统已在南宁区域控制中心投入使用,有效地解决区域控制模式下的资料信息流程管理问题。An independent development idea for establishing an information management system on basis of the 500 kV power network regional control strategy in Nanning regional control center is described in aspects of management level, data flow, functional modules, system security and others. The information management system utilizes the interconnected Web platform of EHV Power Transmission Company to share and manage electronic documents and information among Nanning regional control center, security departments and controlled stations. The application of the system in Nanning regionl control center effectively resolves the procedure management issue of document information under regional control mode.
