换流变压器套管爆炸事故原因分析

摘　　要：对一台换流变的套管爆炸事故进行了分析,发现事故是由于套管工艺不良所致,指出该批次套管在电容量变化超过3%时即需更换。结合网内换流变压器油纸电容式套管的运行情况,提出了具体的反事故措施,以便改进和提高换流变压器的运行维护水平。An explosive accident of converter transformer＇s bushing is analyzed thoroughly. It is found out that the accident is due to inappropriate techniques of the bushing, and it is suggested that if capacitance value of this kind of bushing is above 3% to the factory-tested value, the bushing must be replaced. Combined with operation record of the oil-paper capacitor bushing, the preventive measures are presented to improve operation and maintenance situation of the converter transformer.
