摘　　要：西部地区幅员广袤,拥有丰富的自然资源。从建立西部矿产资源特区、建立西部矿业集团、建立矿业集团的循环经济模式和科学开发利用矿产资源的角度,对西部矿产资源开发利用的微观具体路径进行了研究。In the western area of China, the area is wide and natural resources are rich. The microcosmic concrete way for the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in the western area of China is studied from the aspects of establishing westward mineral resources prerogative area, westward mining industry group, the cycling economy mode of westward mining industry group and the scientific exploitation and utilization of mineral resources
