摘　　要：概述了国内外主要有色金属资源的垄断情况,阐述了国内主要有色金属企业和资源大省的资源整合情况及整合模式,指出资源和行业整合是大势所趋,并将促进中国有色金属工业的和谐发展。The paper summarizes the monopolized nonferrous mineral resources at home and abroad, and expounds the resource integrations in the main nonferrous metal enterprises and the provinces which are abundant in mineral resources in China and the models of resource integration. It is pointed out that the resource integration and industrial integration are the tendency of the times and can promote the harmonious development of China nonferrous metals industry.
