摘  要:针对铣削过程中铣刀的切入破损问题,在分析M.Kronenberg平刀片接触法的基础上,研究三维复杂槽型波形刃铣刀片铣削过程中刀齿的接触状态,推导出STUV型判别式,其他类型推导与此类似,从而解决三维复杂槽型波形刃铣刀片切入类型的计算问题。To solve the cut-in fracture of inserts, this paper researches into the first contact state of cutter tooth in the 3D complex groove waved-edge milling insert-milling process based on the M. Kronenoberg touch method ,and deduces STUV contact state estimation expressions, which solves the account problem of 3D complex groove waved-edge milling insert entrance style. The others are similar to STUV contact state. At the same time, it offers basis that optimizes the entrance style and helps study the relationship between the entrance style and the insertion disrepair.
