关于劳动与社会保障专业发展创新的思考

摘　　要：培养社会急需的应用型社会服务人才是贯彻科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的时代要求。发展劳动与社会保障等应用型社会专业是对时代要求的积极回应。我国劳动与社会保障专业发展已经取得了比较好的成绩,而且建设社会主义和谐社会为专业发展提供了新的机遇,但专业发展仍然面临招生就业、人才培养、专业特色和学科发展等问题。在总结国内外发展经验的基础上,分析了劳动与社会保障专业的定位与特色,并提出了专业发展创新的思路。Cultivating a social service talented person whom society need urgently is to carry through science development view and set up the socialism diapason society of ages request.The development labors to guarantee the application a society of etc. with society the profession is aggressive response that requests to the ages.The our country labor to guarantee the profession development with society to have already obtained the better result, and constuct the socialism diapason society to develop to provide the new opportunity for the profession, but profession the development still faces to solicit students the employment, talented person development, the professional special features and courses develop etc. problem.In tallying up to develop the empirical foundation at home and abroad, the fixed position and special featureses that analyzed the labor and societies to guarantee the profession, and put forward the profession to develop the creative way of thinking.
