摘　　要：施工招投标领域的信息不对称主要表现在业主与承包商之间的信息不对称和工程交易环节的信息不对称二个方面。其中,前者是由于政策、环境、条件等方面的限制造成在招投标过程中,一方对另一方的信息无法全面的了解和掌握;后者是由于法律法规的不健全、科技手段的隐蔽性、招投标程序的随意化、工作人员的职业道德等因素造成信息的不对称。通过采用规范评标程序、合理确定评标价格的手段化解因信息不对称造成的弊端,强调政府职能部门的监管是消除和预防招投标过程中信息不对称的重要因素。The construction recruits the main performance of information dissymmetry of bid the realm to trade two aspects of information dissymmetry of the link in the owner and information dissymmetry and engineerings between undertaker.A mong them, the former is because of the policy, the environment, condition restrict of etc. result in in recruit bid process one square to another one square of information can＇t completely of understanding and control;The latter is because the law laws is not sound, the concealment of science and technology means, recruit to bid the procedure turns at will, the stoff member＇s occupation morals etc. the factor result in the dissymmetry of information.The means that passes to adopt the norm mark procedure, reasonable certain review mark price dissolve because of the information dissymmetry result in of irregularity, emphasize the government working talent that the section take charge of is the cancellation and preventions recruits to bid process in the information dissymmetry of important factor.
