摘　　要：社会和谐是我国政府施政的价值目标,政府信用直接关系着政府的合法性,是实现政权稳定、政治民主,促进和谐社会政治文明发展的主导力量。政府信用还是社会信用体系的基石,能保证社会主义市场经济的良性运行,是促进和谐社会的经济发展,建设物质文明,实现人民生活相对安康的重要支撑。政府信用也是塑造信用文化,建设精神文明,促进和谐社会文化发展和推动资源合理利用,建设生态文明,促进环境和谐的保障力量。应从树立善治的理念,加强行政文化建设,增强政府信用意识;合理定位政府角色,推动政府自觉和政府再造,提高政府信用能力;进行合理的制度安排,强化政府的信用行为三方面切实提升政府信用。The society harmonious is an administrative worth target of government, the legitimacy that the government reputation relates to the government directly, is to carry out the political power stability, political democracy, promote predominant power that harmonize social political civilization＇s development.The sill of the government a reputation is still a social reputation system, can. guarantee the positive movement of the socialism market economy, is promote harmonious society of economic development, the construction material civilization, the importance that carries out the people to live the opposite peace and health prop up.The government reputation also is to mold the reputation culture, the construction spiritual civilization, promote harmonious social culture development and push the reasonable exploitation of resources, coustuct the ecosystem civilization, promote the guarantee power that environment harmonize.Should from the principle that set up to cure well, strengthen the administration culture construction, strengthen the government reputation consciousness;the reasonable fixed position government role, pnsh the government to aware of self to give a new life with government, raise the government reputation ability;carry on the reasonable system arrangement, reputation behavior three aspects that enhance the government slice to promote the government reputation actually.
